Byron Elementary School Reviews

I love the way they treat my kids.

My daughter is in 3rd grade and has been going to BES since kindergarten. All the teachers have been great. When she started she had a speech problem and had been to several private therapists with no improvement. But with the help of the great speech therapist at BES she no longer has a speech problem. The only concern I had was I felt like they didn't take enough security measures but now they have really improved with that and I'm very pleased!

My child attends BES and I myself am a graduate of the PC school systems and I am very dissappointed in the decline in the teachers and administrators. There seem to be only a handful of teachers that actually care about the kids and it also seems that some of the teachers don't like for the parents to be involved in their child's school or know what is going on with them at school.

My daughter has been going to Byron Elementary since she was 5 and she has had a great experience. The teachers are wonderful. Mr. Thompson was a wonderful principal and now Mr Martin is also great! When we moved we made sure that we stayed in the school district that's how much we love it.

Wonderful school, great teachers. Very pleased with our experience at Byron Elementary, keep up the good work!

My daughter attended Byron Elementary School from kindergarten thru the fifth grade. What a great & enjoyable experience it was for her, as well as me. In my opinion, Mr. Thompson is the example of what a principal should be. He's kind, gentle, good sense of humor, loves all the kids, but also believes in discipline. He's great with children as well as parents, & the teachers seem to love him as well. Which brings me to them; the teachers made learning fun, & they gave the students the attention they deserved when it came to learning. I would highly recommend this school.

My son has learning disabilities, and this school is the best for that and more. My son(10) and daughter(6) have been going to this school since my son was in first grade. I love the teachers and staff. They go way beyond the duty of there jobs to teach the children. I hate that we had to leave due to a move. I will sincerely miss all of staff and teachers. School performance also needs parent involvement. Without it our children will be lost. It is not only up to the teachers to teach, but the parents to be involved as well. I will miss you all at Byron Elementary.

I am proud to say that my son goes to Byron Elem. Mr. Thompson, the principal, makes sure that the teachers are well qualified and that the students are taught on a level that is not just standard. He makes sure that the students have the opportunity to excel in all levels. I am glad that Byron Elem. has a principal that cares enough about the education of his students to be more than just a 'Standard' school system! I like knowing that my child is being taught above and beyond what other students in the same grade level at different schools are learning. Thanks Mr. Thompson for making Byron Elem a wonderful school for my child.
