Macon has about 18 times as many massage parlors per resident as Washington, D.C., said Andrew Silver of Mercer University, who is chairman of the Middle Georgia Alliance to End Regional Trafficking. Right now this is growing like kudzu, and this criminal industry wont stop growing until Macon decides to do something about it, he said.
